What These Numbers Mean
Viewings Coordinated
Every property viewing arranged through MyEasyAgent where we confirmed the property is real, the agent is licensed, and the listing is available — before the client spent transport money.
Refunds Issued
Total coordination fee refunds returned to clients. Our policy: if we fail to deliver what we confirmed, you get your money back. No questions, no delays.
Agent Strikes & Removals
Agents who violated our standards receive formal strikes. Three strikes or one serious offence results in permanent removal. We publish who and why below — because accountability without consequences is just a press release.
Agent Removal Log
No agents have been removed yet. This log will be updated as our network grows and accountability actions are taken.
The fact that this page exists — even while it reads zero — is the point. We built the accountability infrastructure before we needed it.
How Verification Works
Agent Submits
Every agent provides their LASRERA or ERCAAN licence number. We check it against the public register.
We Confirm
We contact the property directly. Is it real? Is it available? Does this agent have the mandate? Only confirmed properties go live.
You Pay After
You only pay the Coordination Fee after we confirm. Not before. Not "trust us" — verify it yourself.
